The Service Provider Care Support is a direct link between the
Service Provider Operators/Administrators and the technical teams of
the CobraConnex system.

The Service Provider Care team provides:

SPA (HD, CC),
WASP (HD, CC, CR),
SLA,
CobraConnex web site,
Translation Tools,
Ticketing Tool,
ModuleTracer
• Procedures & guidelines for Service Provider Operators / Administrators
• Service Provider problems follow-up (except the problems related to the
physical installation of the module)
• CobraConnex monthly reports
• CobraConnex maintenance & problem notifications
• Service Provider activation and parameter setting
